Fitness is a constant journey with ups and downs, but it’s one that every person needs in order to live a healthy, more enjoyable life. Through my faith, I’ve come to believe that mobility and physical activity are essential for living the life God created us for. Each of us has a unique purpose, and it is our responsibility to care for the bodies God has blessed us with so that we can fully live out that calling.

As a coach, I combine evidence-based training, faith-driven encouragement, and real-world experience to help clients move better, grow stronger, and feel more confident in their everyday lives. Whether it’s through strength training, nutrition guidance, or rowing instruction, my mission is to equip you with the tools to honor your health, embrace discipline, and find joy in the journey.​​

I specialize in intelligent, individualized strength training for clients who need more than general fitness programming.  â€‹â€‹

My coaching focuses on building strength, confidence, and long-term capacity -- especially for clients with medical considerations, movement limitations, or a history of injury who still want to train seriously and safely.​​

WHO I WORK BEST WITH: 

  • Clients with complex or chronic conditions (POTS, joint issues, post-injury, arthritis, neurological considerations)

  • Women who want to build strength without extreme dieting or unsustainable approaches

  • Adults who have "tried everything" and need thoughtful, customized programming

  • Clients referred by chiropractors, physical therapists, or healthcare providers.
