According to health.gov, adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity each week and 2 days of muscle strengthening activity. For active individuals, shorter/less frequent sessions might be appropriate; however, some individuals will need more.

I train clients who do not have their own fitness equipment at the Arc Gym located off of Boonville Rd in College Station, TX. If a client has equipment they would prefer to use in the comfort of their own home, private sessions at the client's home can be scheduled (dependent on location).
Yes! In-home training is available under the following conditions:
✅Within 5 miles of the Arc Gym: no additional fee
➕Between 5-10 miles: a 10% time/travel fee will be added to each sessions
❌Beyond 10 miles: unfortunately I'm unable to accommodate in-home sessions outside this range.
Clients must provide their own equipment and ensure a safe, distraction-free training environment.
Sessions are custom-tailored to the client based on desired goals and current fitness level.
The most common session is an hour long and typically begins with a short warm-up and ends with stretching/cool-down.
For clients with limited time, a half hour session may be more appropriate. Warm-ups will be shorter, and post-workout stretching will often be given as homework/self-based to make the most of our time together.
Clients may opt in to recurring sessions for a set day and time each week, or they may choose to use session "Packs" that can be booked sporadically, subject to availability. Packs are only recommended for individuals with unpredictable/changing schedules or those who already live an active lifestyle and are looking to supplement/up-level their training with a trainer.
