ABOUT ARMORFIT

ArmorFit welcomes clients and team members of all backgrounds. Employees are not required to hold or participate in any particular religious belief or practice.

THE OPPORTUNITY

ArmorFit offers a limited number of facility-rental opportunities for qualified independent personal trainers who want to operate their own training businesses inside a professional fitness facility.  This is not a W-2 employment position, commission arrangement, or client-referral position. Independent trainers are responsible for building and operating their own businesses, finding their own clients, establishing their own rates, managing their own schedules, and collecting their own payments.

HOW THE ARRANGEMENT WORKS

  • Independent trainers pay ArmorFit $600 in monthly facility rent

  • Trainers find and maintain their own clients

  • Trainers establish their own services and rates

  • Trainers manage their own schedules and appointments

  • Trainers collect and process their own client payments

  • Trainers create their own programs and determine how their services are delivered

  • Trainers retain the revenue earned from their clients

  • Trainers are responsible for their own business expenses, taxes, records, insurance, and professional obligations

  • Independent trainers are not listed or promoted on the ArmorFit website

  • ArmorFit does not guarantee clients, leads, referrals, income, or a minimum number of training hours

FACILITY USE

The $600 monthly rent provides approved access to ArmorFit’s designated personal-training areas and shared fitness equipment during permitted facility hours.  NO SUNDAY ACCESS

Facility access is subject to equipment availability, safety requirements, established capacity limits, and the terms of the written facility-rental agreement. Independent trainers may not interfere with ArmorFit classes, employee training sessions, scheduled events, or another trainer’s reserved space.

Access may not be transferred or shared with another trainer. Only approved clients with the required waiver and emergency information on file may accompany the trainer into the facility.  ArmorFit’s name, logo, booking system, client list, and marketing platforms are not included in the rental arrangement.

INDEPENDENT TRAINER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish and communicate their own rates, packages, payment policies, and cancellation policies

  • Ability to manage scheduling, billing, records, and client communication independently

  • Dependability, professionalism, and respect for a shared facility

  • Willingness to sign and comply with ArmorFit’s facility-rental agreement

IMPORTANT DISTINCTIONS

Independent trainers are self-employed fitness professionals and are not ArmorFit employees.

Independent trainers do not receive employee wages, payroll-tax contributions, benefits, paid administrative time, ArmorFit-managed scheduling, ArmorFit marketing, or guaranteed client referrals. They may not represent their services as being provided, supervised, or guaranteed by ArmorFit.

Final access privileges, scheduling procedures, insurance requirements, facility rules, payment terms, and termination provisions will be established in a written facility-rental agreement.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

This opportunity is best suited for an established, self-directed personal trainer who already has clients or is prepared to build a client base independently.

The ideal trainer operates professionally, respects shared spaces, communicates clearly, maintains appropriate business and client records, and wants the freedom to run an independent personal-training business without purchasing or maintaining a private gym.
